How to Spawn a Blue Axolotl in Minecraft
The blue axolotl is one of the rarest mobs in Minecraft and as such there are few ways to find it and make it your pet. This blog will highlight every way you can get your very own blue axolotl.
Method 1 (Commands)
1. Make sure you have cheats enabled in your world.
2. Open the chat window using “t”.
3. Type the following command “/summon minecraft:axolotl ~ ~ ~ {Variant:4}”.
4. Make sure the axolotl gets water soon or it will die!
Method 2 (Breeding)
1. Find a blue axolotl and another axolotl.
2. Feed them both tropical fish.
3. There is a chance a baby blue axolotl will be born!
Method 3
Look for a naturally spawned blue axolotl!
Uses
Blue axolotls do not have a major use other than being a way to brag to your friends. However if you get a hold of just one of these rare mobs, you can create an army of them using Method 2.
