Kodeclik provides online courses, summer camps, workshops, and other events teaching coding and programming fundamentals to young aspiring children of different ages. The terms and conditions in this document apply to all features and functionality available on our site. Further, any new features that improve or enhance our current service will also be subject to the terms and conditions herein. All services are provided on an “as is” basis and Kodeclik assumes no responsibility or liability for damages resulting from user interactions with our site.
Accounts on Kodeclik’s site(s) can be created by parents and for children (by parents). In registering for the site, users are expected to provide true, accurate, and complete information as requested in the registration forms. If you falsify information, Kodeclik reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse to provide services to you.
Account creators and users agree to follow best practices to ensure online security of your account. For instance, you agree to not share passwords with others or allow passwords to be made publicly visible or accessible. If you feel that your account is a victim of unauthorized access or has been otherwise compromised, please notify Kodeclik immediately at accounts@kodeclik.com. Kodeclik is not liable for damages resulting from any acts of omission or commission by you.
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
By using the site to access our educational materials, you agree to respect all sensibilities pertaining to guidelines for contributors. You agree to not upload any copyright-protected content or content that is otherwise protected by patents, trademarks, or trade secrets. You agree to not post any objectionable, sexual, or age-inappropriate content, or participate in any acts of cyber-bullying, intimidation, and other nefarious deeds. You agree to not upload or install any viruses, malware or other harmful content intended to discourage users.
Kodeclik offers different membership plans and by subscribing to a plan during registration you are expressly authorizing us to charge the associated membership fee to you. Subscription fees are regularly billed and auto-charged (to the payment method on file) depending on the membership plan. This is typically done on a periodic calendar day corresponding to the commencement or renewal of your subscription. Please login to your (parent) dashboard to keep track of your subscription and/or make any changes. Details of the payment method, e.g., the credit card on file, can be updated by logging into the parent dashboard. No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or transfers of a paid subscription are allowed. In particular, there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Your Kodeclik membership will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. If you do not wish to incur additional costs in the next billing cycle, you must cancel your membership before it renews. If you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to the site till your current billing period ends but will not be charged for subsequent periods. Please note that subscription fees are subject to change with notice.
Kodeclik does not assume responsibility for content and security pertaining to third party websites linked to from our site. We do not endorse or certify that information found on such sites is truthful, complete, or harmless. You are responsible for taking necessary precautions to protect yourself and your computer from harmful media, viruses, and other destructive content.
Kodeclik obeys and requests you to obey the intellectual property rights of others. We will terminate a user’s access to our site if it is determined that the user has infringed on our copyrights or other intellectual property. In the case of such a termination, Kodeclik is under no obligation to provide a refund for any services or costs incurred. User contributions (e.g., programs, photos, videos) might be made available on our site to foster a sense of community and engagement. The decision to share or post any user contributions rests solely on Kodeclik, Inc. Kodeclik reserves the right to use such material shared on our site, for marketing and advertising purposes through various channels. Kodeclik reserves the right to add attribution links and credits when sharing such information. Kodeclik reserves the right to reject any material that it deems inappropriate or objectionable and if appropriate terminate or deny access to the site. If such termination occurs or if Kodeclik refuses to post or share any user content, Kodeclik is under no obligation to refund any amounts already paid.
The Terms and Conditions here do not transfer any intellectual property to you and all rights and interests reside with Kodeclik. This includes the content on the website (videos, quizzes, assignments, lectures), as well as all designs, logos, graphics, and images. Your account on the site does not grant you the permission to use our material on other sites or documentation.
Kodeclik’s learning materials are available for use across the world. You agree to comply with all local, state, and national laws regarding applicable online activity, including import and export of technical data from/to the United States.
You agree to indemnify and hold Kodeclik, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of our site, including but not limited to your violation of these terms and conditions.
The Kodeclik website is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Kodeclik does not make any guarantee that the site will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
If it is deemed appropriate or necessary, Kodeclik may terminate access to some or all parts of the site, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. In no event does Kodeclik agree to be liable for any damages, costs, or fees incurred through interruptions or loss of data stored by Kodeclik. Kodeclik does not assume any liability for interruptions of service or delays due to matters beyond our reasonable control.
